This award means a lot to us because the hard work lies in the team effort. We are all focusing on one goal: to set standards and build an ethical and transparent payment and banking industry where everyone is properly trained and informed, and no one benefits from anyone’s lack of knowledge.
Improper handling of payment and banking operations can be just as damaging as misguided investment decisions. Many businesses unknowingly depend on so-called “payment experts” who are in fact salespeople reselling financial products while placing their commissions above the client’s needs. This results in unsuitable solutions that expose businesses to financial and operational harm. Just like investment advice, banking and payments require protection against biased or unqualified recommendations, which can only be achieved with a standardised approach.
